Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in any Texas Ibogaine Institute course or using our platform. By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Important Notice
All TII certifications are educational credentials only — not medical licenses. All course sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Texas Ibogaine Institute website (texasibogaineinstitute.com) or enrolling in any course, certification program, or service offered by Texas Ibogaine Institute ("TII," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, students, and others who access or use our platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Educational Purpose — Not a Medical License

IMPORTANT: Texas Ibogaine Institute provides educational certification programs only. All certifications, courses, and materials offered by TII are strictly educational in nature and are designed to provide knowledge about Ibogaine pharmacology, safety protocols, integration frameworks, and clinical best practices.

TII certifications are NOT medical licenses, clinical licenses, nursing licenses, or any form of authorization to practice medicine. Completion of any TII certification program does not authorize, license, or permit you to administer Ibogaine or any controlled substance to any person.

TII certifications are educational completion credentials — similar in legal positioning to certifications offered by Fluence Training, MAPS Professional Training, or other psychedelic education organizations. They demonstrate that you have completed an educational curriculum and passed associated assessments.

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the practice of medicine, nursing, counseling, or any other licensed profession in your jurisdiction. TII makes no representations that its certifications satisfy any licensing requirement in any jurisdiction.

The information provided in TII courses is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult with licensed medical professionals before making clinical decisions.

3. Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment in TII certification programs requires payment of the applicable course fee at the time of enrollment. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Current pricing is: Tier 1 Integration & Awareness Coach — $497 (one-time); Tier 2 Certified Clinical Facilitator — $2,497 (one-time).

Payment is processed securely through our payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorize TII to charge the applicable fee to your payment method. All transactions are subject to the terms of our payment processor.

Clinic licensing fees are billed on a monthly subscription basis as agreed upon in a separate licensing agreement. Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing period.

4. No-Refund Policy for Digital Courses

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the digital nature of our course content, Texas Ibogaine Institute does not offer refunds on any course enrollment, certification program, or digital product once access has been granted.

By completing your purchase and accessing course materials, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have reviewed the course description, curriculum overview, and all available information prior to purchase.

• You understand that digital course content is immediately accessible upon enrollment.

• You waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or dispute based on dissatisfaction with course content, failure to complete the course, or any other reason once access has been granted.

• Chargebacks filed against TII for digital course purchases may result in permanent suspension of your account and legal action to recover costs.

Exceptions: TII may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit (not a refund) in cases of documented technical failure that prevented access to course content, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of enrollment and cannot be resolved by our support team. Credits are valid for 12 months and may be applied toward any TII course.

If you have questions about a course before purchasing, please contact us at [email protected] prior to enrollment.

5. Certificate Issuance & Expiration Policy

Upon successful completion of all course modules and passing the final assessment with a score of 70% or higher, TII will issue a digital Certificate of Completion. Certificates include the student's name, course name, issue date, expiration date, a unique certificate ID, and a QR code for employer verification.

Certificate Validity: All TII certificates are valid for two (2) years from the date of issuance. After expiration, the certificate status on the public verification page will change to "Expired."

Certificate Renewal: To renew an expired certificate, students must complete a renewal module and pass a shorter assessment. Renewal fees will be published on the TII website at the time renewal programs are available.

Certificate Authenticity: TII certificates are issued with a unique certificate ID and QR code that links to a public verification page at texasibogaineinstitute.com/verify. This verification system allows employers, clinics, and other parties to confirm the authenticity and current status of a certificate.

Revocation: TII reserves the right to revoke a certificate if it is determined that the certificate was obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to academic dishonesty, misrepresentation of identity, or unauthorized sharing of quiz answers.

6. Acceptable Use

By enrolling in TII courses, you agree to the following acceptable use standards:

• You will not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any TII course content, materials, videos, quizzes, or assessments without written permission from TII.

• You will not share your account credentials with any other person. Each enrollment is for one individual student only.

• You will not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete course modules or assessments.

• You will not misrepresent your TII certification to employers, patients, or any other party in a manner that implies clinical licensure or medical authorization.

• You will not use TII course content to create competing educational products without written authorization from TII.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account, revocation of any certificates issued, and legal action where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the TII platform — including but not limited to course materials, videos, written content, quizzes, assessments, graphics, logos, and the TII brand — is the exclusive property of Texas Ibogaine Institute and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal educational purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from TII content.

8. Privacy & Data

TII collects personal information including name, email address, payment information, and course progress data as necessary to provide our services. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Certificate verification data (student name, course name, issue date, expiration date, and certificate status) is publicly accessible via the certificate verification page to allow employers and clinics to verify certificate authenticity. By enrolling in a TII course, you consent to this public display of your certificate information.

For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please contact us at [email protected].

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

TII PROVIDES ITS PLATFORM AND COURSES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TII DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TII SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR COURSES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF INCOME, LOSS OF DATA, OR PERSONAL INJURY.

TII's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to TII in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

TII is not responsible for any actions you take based on information provided in our courses. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your professional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the TII platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action or representative action.
